The Shore Commercial Park is a 90 acre site based in the coastal town of Carrickfergus, ten minutes from Belfast with approximately 900,000 sq ft of accommodation and approximately 20 acres of undeveloped land. Carrickfergus’ excellent location on the north shore of Belfast Lough also makes it very close to Northern Ireland’s main seaport (at Larne), Belfast International airport and Northern Ireland’s largest university, the University of Ulster.
